SE Bikes 
Due to the high demand for SE Bikes we are accepting preorders for models arriving now through April. If you would like to reserve an SE model please call 781-646-7867 to place a deposit. 

THE BIKE STOP RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE AND ALL APPLICABLE PACKAGING.

BICYCLES:

–  Current model year bicycles may be exchanged for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.  Must be in brand-new, unused condition.
– Previous model year bicycles may NOT be returned or exchanged.
– Bicycles returned up to 7 days after purchase will be charged a restock fee equal to 20% of the purchase price, not less than $50.

Bicycles MAY NOT be returned after 7 days. Condition of bicycle is subject to approval.  The Bike Stop reserves the right to deny any request for return based solely on the condition of product.

MERCHANDISE

– Merchandise may be exchanged for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  Must be in brand-new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
– Merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit equal to the purchase price within 14 days of purchase.  Must be in brand-new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
-Condition of merchandise is subject to approval.  The Bike Stop reserves the right to deny any request for return based solely on the condition of product.
